FAQ

Do we need the GTM Launchpad first?
No. SIGNAL is independent — it's a sales methodology for your team and works whether or not you've done a GTM strategy with us. If you have done the Launchpad, the two complement each other well.
What does '12 months access' mean?
From the date of purchase, every seat has full access to SIGNAL Academy and the methodology document for 12 months. At the end of the year, you can renew at the same rate, or upgrade to abi. where SIGNAL is included indefinitely.
How long does the Academy take?
Each module is 5–7 minutes of audio plus an interactive scenario and quiz. The full course takes approximately 4 hours. Most teams spread it across 2–3 weeks.
Can I add seats later?
Yes — email adam@ouridea.ai and we'll arrange an upgrade. You'll pay the difference to the next tier pro-rated.
Is the methodology specific to a particular industry?

What if someone leaves the team?
