Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains your cancellation rights and our approach to refunds. We've written it to comply with UK consumer law — including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (CCR) and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (CRA) — while being upfront that, outside of the statutory protections below, our digital products and services are non-refundable once delivery or access has begun.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. If a product or service is faulty, not as described, or not delivered with reasonable care and skill, you're entitled to a repair, re-performance, price reduction, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — and we honour that in full, regardless of any other terms below.
1. GTM Launchpad (one-time purchase, £97)
- GTM Launchpad is digital content delivered shortly after purchase (your strategy pack and supporting materials).
- At checkout, you'll be asked to confirm you understand that delivery of digital content begins immediately and that, by proceeding, you waive your 14-day right to cancel under the CCR 2013 (regulation 37), once delivery has started.
- Once your Launchpad has been delivered, it is non-refundable, except where it is faulty, materially incomplete, or not as described — in which case we'll fix it or provide an appropriate remedy under the CRA 2015.
- If you haven't yet received your Launchpad and change your mind before delivery begins, contact adam@ouridea.ai for a full refund.
2. SIGNAL (standalone, annual access)
- SIGNAL is sold as 12 months of access to the methodology and SIGNAL Academy, billed annually (team tiers: £97 / £297 / £597).
- As with Launchpad, access begins immediately on purchase and you'll be asked to confirm the same waiver of the 14-day cancellation right at checkout.
- Annual SIGNAL subscriptions are non-refundable once access has begun, except as required under the CRA 2015 (e.g. if the service is not delivered as described).
- If you don't renew, your access simply ends at the end of the 12-month term — no automatic charge, no action needed.
- Renewal cooling-off (DMCCA 2024): if SIGNAL is set up to auto-renew annually, you'll receive a renewal reminder before each renewal date, and a short cooling-off period applies after a renewal charge during which you can cancel for a pro-rata refund of the unused renewal term, in line with the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.
3. abi. Starter & abi. Pro (monthly subscriptions)
- abi. Starter (£149/month) and abi. Pro (£497/month) are rolling monthly subscriptions, billed in advance.
- You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing adam@ouridea.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you'll keep access until then, and won't be charged again.
- We don't offer refunds or credits for partial months, unused time, or for not using the service during a billing period.
- As with our other products, by subscribing you confirm you understand that service begins immediately and waive the 14-day cancellation right for the current billing period, without prejudice to your right to cancel future renewals at any time.
- If the service is unavailable or materially defective for a significant part of a billing period due to a fault on our side, we'll provide a pro-rata service credit or refund for that period under the CRA 2015.
4. Why we take this approach
Our products are knowledge- and AI-driven deliverables and ongoing services — once a strategy pack is generated, an Academy course is unlocked, or a billing cycle of platform access has started, the value has been delivered and the cost of producing it has been incurred. A blanket refund policy isn't sustainable for a small team and ultimately keeps prices higher for everyone. What we do guarantee is that if something is genuinely broken, missing, or not what was promised, we'll make it right — repair, re-perform, or refund, as required by law.
5. How to request a refund or remedy
Email adam@ouridea.ai with your order details and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can also raise a dispute through your card issuer or, for unresolved consumer disputes, via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform or UK Citizens Advice consumer helpline.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes apply to purchases made after the update date; your purchase is governed by the policy in effect at the time you bought.
