This policy explains what we store in your browser, why, and how you control it. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
In short: we set no advertising cookies, we use no third-party tracking or advertising networks, and we never sell or share what we store. Everything below is first-party: it is set by us, read only by us, and stays in your browser.
“Cookies” are small files a site stores in your browser. We use very few of them. Most of what we store uses local storage and session storage, which work the same way from your point of view: they live in your browser, on your device, and you can clear them at any time. This policy covers all three and calls them “storage”.

The first five rows above are needed to deliver the service you asked for: signing you in, keeping your work, and remembering the preferences you set. Under PECR these do not require consent and cannot be switched off from within the product, though your browser can block them. If you block the authentication token you will not be able to sign in.
We record which parts of the product get used, for example that a Clone was opened or a checkout was started, so we can see what works and fix what does not. This is our own analytics, stored in our own database in the region your account uses (see the Privacy Policy, section 9). We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or any third-party analytics service inside the abi. platform.
Separately, we keep a plain count of page views that needs no consent, because it stores nothing on your device and carries no identifier: the date, the page, the site you came from and whether you are on a phone, tablet or desktop. It cannot be linked to you or to any other page view. Everything else in this section is off until you accept it. The first time you open the app, the Clone, or an interview page, a banner asks. Choose Necessary only and nothing is recorded. Choose Accept analytics and we record product events as described above. Your choice is stored for twelve months and then we ask again, and we ask again sooner if this policy changes.
The interview page used by people your organisation invites asks separately, on their own device, so a decision you make is never applied to them.
Use the button below, or the Cookie preferences link in Settings inside the app, at any time. Withdrawing takes effect immediately: the next event is simply not recorded. Events already recorded can be deleted on request to privacy@ouridea.ai.
You can also clear or block storage in your browser settings. Doing so signs you out and clears any guest map held on your device.
Three services, and which policy governs each. The abi. platform at app.ouridea.ai (this policy and the privacy policy) · the Automation Agency Directory at directory.ouridea.ai, a public site built from the Companies House register, which has its own privacy notice because it processes different data in a different way · the Cube at app.ouridea.ai/cube, which runs under this policy. They are separate notices on purpose: one document covering all three would have to be vague about each.
Our marketing site at ouridea.ai is separate from the platform and is built on Framer. It uses Google Analytics 4 (cookies _ga and _ga_<id>, up to 14 months) to measure visits, and Framer's own cookie banner, reachable from the Cookie Settings link in its footer, is where you accept or refuse that. Google Analytics is not used anywhere inside the abi. platform.
