Sales Methodology Scoring
Score every deal against your preferred sales framework using AI
No scores yet
Connect your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive) and request your first deal score. Each deal is scored against your chosen framework, criterion by criterion, with what is missing.
Calls straight from Zoom
Today you can drop a call transcript into Call Review (beta) and it is scored against SIGNAL. Next: connect Zoom and every sales call arrives on its own, scored, without anyone uploading anything.
Help & Docs
Guides, references, and legal information for every OurIdea.ai product.
What everything does
Seven things, in one place, in plain terms. Two of them are free and stay free. The rest you only need when the free ones have shown you what is missing.
One account, three places
Everything below runs on the same account and the same map of your business.
The app (here, app.ouridea.ai): the Clone, the Studio, Governance, Launch, SIGNAL, and your settings and billing.
The Directory: every UK automation and IT services company from the public register. Claim your entry and it links to your Clone.
The Cube: 384 squares, one object, one per company. A square is included with abi. Pro and Max, and your page on it shows your Clone.
The short version
OurIdea.ai does two jobs that sound like different companies until somebody puts them side by side. Efficiency is understanding how your business actually runs, which is what abi. Clone is for. Growth is getting revenue moving, which is what abi. Launch, SIGNAL and the abi. dashboard are for. Most people arrive for one and stay for the other, because you cannot automate a process you cannot describe, and there is no point making a broken process faster.
Every feature, what it costs, and where to start
| Feature | What it is | How to use it |
|---|---|---|
| abi. Clone Free, permanently |
A 3D map of how your business actually runs: people, systems, processes, and the parties outside your walls. Hide layers to make it readable, play a working week, price the quick wins. | Left menu → abi. Clone. Answer the setup questions, or add a role or process yourself. About ten minutes for a first map. |
| AI interviews Included with any abi. subscription |
Everything Clone does, plus AI-led interviews sent to the people who do the work, document extraction, and a priced business case. Their answers arrive as suggestions you approve or reject. | Left menu → abi. Clone → Intake. Add the people, send the links, approve what comes back. |
| abi. Launch Included with abi. Pro (one plan a month) and abi. Max (three a month) |
The springboard for a new offering, from your answers and live market research. Two kinds of plan: a new service (who to sell it to, how to position it, the next 90 days) and a new company or product (beachhead customers, pricing, launch motion, a first-hundred-customers playbook). | Left menu → abi. Launch, then pick the plan. Fill in the form once. The report takes a few minutes and then lives in your account. |
| SIGNAL Included with abi. Pro (10 people) and abi. Max (everyone) |
A six-stage B2B sales methodology, taught in SIGNAL Academy with scenarios, quizzes and certification. Scan, Investigate, Gap, Narrate, Align, Land and Expand. | Left menu → abi. Academy. Work through the modules in order. The certificate is verifiable by QR code. |
| The dashboard abi. Pro, £149/month |
Pipeline, Revenue, Marketing and AI Insights, drawn from your live tools rather than from a spreadsheet. Weekly AI commentary on what moved and why. | Connect HubSpot in Settings → Integrations. Everything else fills itself in from there. |
| Deal Scoring and Team abi. Pro and abi. Max |
Every open deal scored against SIGNAL, BANT, MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, SPICED or SCOTSMAN, plus close-probability scoring, Stripe and GA4 data, and team seats (10 on Pro, unlimited on Max). | Left menu → Deal Scoring. Pick a framework, then re-score on demand. |
| abi. Capture Free to run, metered when it names processes |
A browser extension that watches which systems you move between while you work, and for how long, so a process can be mapped from what actually happened rather than from memory. It records the system, the page title, timings and any notes you type. Not keystrokes, not screenshots, not page contents. | Install the extension, then start a session with a code from abi. Clone → Intake. You start and stop it; nothing is recorded outside a session you began. |
| abi. Studio abi. Pro and abi. Max, metered in credits |
Takes a process off your map and proposes how to automate it, then draws the automation as lanes you can rearrange. Exports a workflow file for n8n or Make. What you export runs in your systems, under your control, and we do not monitor it. | Left menu → abi. Studio, or open a process on the Clone and choose Optimise. |
| abi. Governance abi. Pro and abi. Max, in beta |
A register of every AI agent on your map: who owns it, its risk tier, the controls it needs, and an EU AI Act screening. Exports as CSV, JSON or print. The screening is a structured self-assessment, not a certification of compliance. | Open abi. Clone and choose Governance from the left menu there. |
| abi. Polaris Included with abi. Pro and abi. Max |
The five questions an owner asks on a Monday, answered from what the platform already holds: where margin is leaking, what you designed and never switched on, which AI agents nobody owns, where the pipeline moved, and what you said you would do. Every figure is counted, not generated, so it costs no credits. | Left menu → abi. Polaris. It reads and reports; it changes nothing. |
If you are starting today
Build a Clone first. It costs nothing, it takes about ten minutes, and it tells you which of the other things you actually need. If the map shows the work is fine and the problem is that not enough people are buying, that is a growth problem, so go to abi. Launch. If the map shows three people doing the same thing in two systems, that is an efficiency problem, and the answer is in the map you have already built.
What you keep if you never pay
The whole of abi. Clone: building, editing, layers, heatmaps, the working-week playback, exports, hero shots and Present mode, for as long as you want them. Nothing you build is taken away, and nothing is held hostage behind an upgrade prompt. The paid tiers add work we have to pay for on your behalf, which is AI interviews, document extraction and live data from your other tools.
Getting Started
The live side of abi.: connect the tools your pipeline, revenue and marketing already live in, and abi. reads them every Monday and tells you where to focus. This part is in abi. Pro and abi. Max; the Clone needs none of it. Most people are set up in about 15 minutes.
Take the tour
A short guided walkthrough of the app: what every section is, and the order we suggest you work through them. Replay it as often as you like.
Guides you can share
The abi. Clone, Capture, Studio and Polaris guides on this page are also public pages, with no login, at app.ouridea.ai/docs. Same words, generated from this page, so they cannot drift apart. Send one to a client who wants to know what a tool does before they agree to it.
Step 1: Connect your CRM, then Stripe and GA4
abi. reads your pipeline from HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive, your revenue from Stripe and your marketing from Google Analytics 4. Go to Settings → Integrations and connect the ones you use. The steps for each are under Integrations on this page.
- About two minutes each
- Read access only: abi. never writes to your CRM or your Stripe account
- Data refreshes every Monday at 07:00 BST
Step 2: Define your ICP
Your Ideal Customer Profile tells abi. which deals and leads matter most. Go to Settings → ICP Definition and fill in your target company profile. abi. uses it to automatically score every deal in your pipeline.
- Edit it any time: changes take effect on the next Monday report
- The more specific your ICP, the more accurate your ICP win rate metric
Step 3: Wait for your first report
Every Monday at 07:00 BST, Claude analyses your week's data and generates a GTM Health Score, a delta report, and 3 priority actions. Your first report appears in the AI Insights tab and arrives in your inbox.
Step 4: Explore the abi. Academy
Open abi. Academy in the menu for SIGNAL: the 6-stage AI-first sales methodology that powers abi.'s deal scoring. Module 1 is free for everyone. All six are part of abi. Pro (for ten people) and abi. Max (for everyone in your organisation).
Using abi.
How to get round the platform: where abi. lives, how to find anything, and where your own settings are.
abi. at the top
abi. sits in the bar at the top of every page. While she is working on something, the bar says what. Click her, or press Cmd K (Ctrl K on Windows) or /, and she opens:
- Search: type and every page, Settings section and map you own comes up. Arrow keys move, Enter opens, Escape clears and then closes
- Now: the quick actions for the page you are on (in the Clone: drop documents, add a person, publish a link, present, what she has noticed), plus Connect a tool, What's new and Feedback
- Connections: every tool you have connected, and any that need you to sign in again. Click one to go to Integrations
- Alerts: everything abi. has told you since you signed in, newest first. The number on the bar is what you have not read
In the Clone the same box also asks her about the map: type a question and choose Ask.
What she has to say drops just below the bar. If she needs a decision (anything that spends credits or sends something), she asks there first, and Escape always means no. On a phone she is the small pill at the right of the bar and opens as a sheet.
The menu
- On a computer the menu is a column of icons that opens when you point at it. Settings → Appearance → Compact side menu keeps it open instead
- At the foot of the menu: your name (click it for Your profile), then the sun or moon to switch between light and dark, then Sign out
- On a phone, the menu button at the top left opens it; Sign out is the last thing in it
Your profile and your password
Click your name at the foot of the menu, or go to Settings → Your profile.
- Full name, the name abi. calls you, your role, department and location. Your organisation and OurIdea.ai support can see these; nobody else can
- Company and industry belong to the account, so only its owner or an admin can change them
- To change your email, choose Change, type the new address and send the link. Nothing changes until you click the link in that inbox
- Change your password in Settings → Security: your current password first (or, if you sign in with Google or a link, a code emailed to you), then the new one, which is checked against passwords known to have leaked before it is saved. Two-step login is in the same place
How it looks
- Settings → Appearance: dark or light, Glass (the room of light behind every page; switch it off for the plain look), the compact menu, and abi. at the top
- Your organisation's colour: an account owner or admin can give abi. and the room your own brand colour, for everyone in the organisation. Emails and exports stay abi. pink
- Reduced motion in your computer's settings keeps everything still
Dropping files
Drag documents onto the Clone and abi. reads them into the map (she asks before spending credits). Drop a call transcript (.txt, .vtt or .srt) on Call Review to score it, or an n8n or Make export on the Studio to read it back onto your map as a process. Change your mind mid-drag and she steps away again.
Your team
Settings → Team to invite people and choose what they can do: Admin (everything, including settings and billing), Manager (dashboards and their team's progress) or Learner (the Academy). abi. Pro covers 10 people, abi. Max everyone.
Keys worth knowing
- Cmd K or Ctrl K: open abi. and search, from any page, the Clone and Studio included
- /: the same, when you are not typing. Inside the Clone, / searches the map instead
- Escape: closes whatever is open, and answers no to any question she asks
Metrics Explained
Every metric in abi. is defined below: what it means, how it's calculated, and what a healthy number looks like for a B2B SaaS/services company.
Total Pipeline Value
The combined value of all open deals in your CRM. A healthy rule of thumb is to maintain 3–4× your revenue target in pipeline coverage. Pulled from HubSpot weekly.
ICP-Fit Win Rate
The % of deals that match your Ideal Customer Profile that you close as won. A healthy ICP win rate is 25–40%. If yours is lower, your ICP definition may need refining or your sales process is losing ICP deals at a specific stage.
Customer Acquisition Cost
Total sales and marketing spend divided by number of new customers won. For B2B SaaS, a healthy LTV:CAC ratio is 3:1 or higher. High CAC relative to your deal size is a sign of inefficient targeting or too-long sales cycles.
Monthly Recurring Revenue
Total active subscription revenue per month. Pulled from Stripe. abi. also tracks New MRR (new customers), Expansion MRR (upsells), and Churned MRR separately so you can see what's really driving growth.
Annual Run Rate
MRR × 12. A forward-looking indicator, not the same as contracted ARR. Useful for benchmarking and investor conversations.
Average Days to Close
The average number of days a deal spends in your pipeline before closing (won or lost). Shortening velocity without sacrificing win rate is a key GTM efficiency lever. Stale deals (14+ days with no activity) are flagged separately.
Composite Health Score (0–10)
Generated by Claude every Monday. A weighted composite of five dimensions: ICP Alignment (how well your pipeline matches your ICP), Pipeline Velocity (deal speed vs target), Revenue Efficiency (LTV:CAC), Marketing Quality (ICP-fit lead %) and Growth Momentum (MRR growth + pipeline coverage). A score above 7 is healthy. Below 5 means at least two dimensions need urgent attention.
Lead to Close Rate
The % of inbound leads that convert to closed-won deals. Healthy range varies by channel and deal size but for outbound B2B, 2–5% is typical. Below 1% usually indicates ICP mismatch, not a closing problem.
How AI Insights Work
Every Monday morning, Claude analyses your week's data and produces three outputs. Here's exactly what gets generated and how.
1. GTM Health Score
A 0–10 composite score across five dimensions. Claude compares this week's metrics to last week and calculates whether each dimension improved or declined. The overall score is a weighted average: pipeline velocity and ICP alignment carry the highest weight.
- ICP Alignment: % of pipeline value from ICP-fit deals
- Pipeline Velocity: average days to close vs your target
- Revenue Efficiency: LTV:CAC ratio
- Marketing Quality: % of inbound leads that are ICP-fit
- Growth Momentum: week-over-week MRR growth + pipeline coverage
2. Delta Report
A structured summary of what improved, what needs attention, and 3 priority actions. Claude is instructed to be specific and actionable: observations tied to your actual numbers, not generic GTM advice.
3. Opportunity Cards
2–4 flagged insights categorised as Opportunities (green), Alerts (red), Warnings (amber), or Info (blue). Each card has a specific call to action tied to the insight, e.g. "You have 3 ICP-fit deals stalled at Proposal for 14+ days. Follow up today."
What Claude can and can't see
- Can see: your metric snapshots, ICP definition, 12-week trend history, integration status
- Cannot see: individual deal names, contact details, email content, or payment information
- Data is aggregated before being sent to Claude, only numbers, not records
The GTM Health Scorecard
Eight questions about how your go-to-market runs, scored out of ten, with the three weakest dimensions called out as where to start. It takes about three minutes and it is part of building your Clone, not a separate tool you have to find.
What it measures
Eight dimensions of your GTM engine:
- Strategy Clarity: Is your GTM strategy documented and specific?
- ICP Definition: Do you know exactly who you're selling to and why?
- Go-to-Market Channels: Are your channels generating qualified pipeline?
- Narrative & Positioning: Does your messaging resonate with your ICP?
- Acquisition Engine: Is your top-of-funnel consistent and scalable?
- Lead Conversion: Are you converting pipeline efficiently?
- Pricing Power: Is your pricing strategy working?
- AI Readiness: Are you using AI to accelerate GTM?
Reading your score
Each dimension is scored Red (0 to 3), Amber (4 to 6), or Green (7 to 10). The overall score is an average across all eight. The three lowest-scoring dimensions are called out as priority areas: they are the highest-leverage places to focus.
- Score 7–10: Healthy: maintain and optimise
- Score 4–6: At risk: address within 30 days
- Score 0–3: Critical: address immediately
Where your score is used
The score is kept on your account and read by anything that needs a starting point for how your go-to-market runs today, so you are not asked the same eight questions twice. It is a self-assessment: it reflects what you said about your business, not anything measured from your data.
abi. Launch Guide
abi. Launch is the AI-generated go-to-market plan for something new, included with abi. Pro (one plan a month) and abi. Max (three a month). It turns your answers into a complete, actionable go-to-market plan: ICP, positioning, channel strategy, messaging, and 90-day action plan, in minutes, not weeks.
What you get
- Full ICP analysis with firmographic and psychographic profile
- Positioning statement and messaging framework
- Channel-by-channel go-to-market strategy
- GTM Health Scorecard: baseline measurement across 8 GTM dimensions
- 90-day action plan with prioritised initiatives
- AI report generated within 2–3 minutes of completing the intake form
How to access your abi. Launch plans
When a plan finishes, it renders directly in the abi. Launch tab. abi. Pro runs one plan a month and abi. Max three; the tab shows how many you have left this month.
- Open the abi. Launch tab to view your full report
- Your scorecard, market research, strategy, and 90-day plan are all displayed in the dashboard
- Click ↓ Download PDF to save a copy anytime
Understanding your GTM Health Scorecard
Your report includes a GTM Health Scorecard: a baseline assessment of your GTM engine across 8 dimensions. Each dimension is scored 0–10 based on your intake answers.
- Use the scorecard to prioritise which GTM problems to solve first
- The lowest-scoring dimensions represent your highest-leverage opportunities
- Score the eight dimensions again after implementing changes, to see what moved
What to do with your abi. Launch report
Your report is a strategy document, not a to-do list. The recommended approach:
- Read the full ICP section first: everything else flows from a precise ICP
- Use the messaging framework in your next sales deck, email, or LinkedIn content
- Pick the top 3 actions from the 90-day plan and schedule them this week
- Share the GTM Health Scorecard with your team and use it in your next GTM review
Where your plans live
Every plan you run stays in the abi. Launch tab for as long as you have the account. A plan you bought on its own before 22 October 2026 is there too. If one you expect is missing, email adam@ouridea.ai from the address on your account.
SIGNAL Methodology Guide
SIGNAL is OurIdea.ai's native AI-first deal qualification and sales execution methodology: six stages that take a rep from first signal to closed-won and expansion. It's taught in SIGNAL Academy and used to score live deals inside abi. Pro and abi. Max, alongside BANT, MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, SPICED and SCOTSMAN. Included in abi. Pro (10 people) and abi. Max (everyone).
The 6 SIGNAL stages
Every deal moves through six stages. Each one has a clear gate: a question that has to be answered before the deal is genuinely ready to move forward.
- S: Scan: Signal-led targeting & qualification: who is most likely to buy, right now, and why?
- I: Investigate: AI-powered context research: what is the true business problem, and who has the power to solve it?
- G: Gap: Discovery that quantifies: what is the cost of the gap between current state and desired state?
- N: Narrate: The AI-era Challenger: how do I teach, reframe, and connect our solution to their commercial reality?
- A: Align: Buying committee orchestration: have all stakeholders committed to a shared outcome and a clear path to close?
- L: Land & Expand: Close, transition & compound growth: how do we close cleanly, deliver fast value, and build the path to expansion?
SIGNAL deal scoring inside abi. Pro and abi. Max
abi. Pro and abi. Max can score every deal in your connected CRM against SIGNAL (or BANT, MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, SPICED, SCOTSMAN) using Claude AI. Scores refresh weekly, and you can request an on-demand re-score at any time.
For each deal, abi. shows which SIGNAL stage it's genuinely at, not just which stage your CRM says it's in, and exactly what's missing before it can move forward.
SIGNAL Academy
SIGNAL Academy is a 6-module interactive course that teaches the methodology in depth: audio lessons, an interactive branching scenario, and a scored quiz (80%+ to pass) per module. Modules unlock sequentially as you pass each quiz.
- Module 1: Scan: free for everyone
- Module 2: Investigate: abi. Pro and abi. Max
- Module 3: Gap: abi. Pro and abi. Max
- Module 4: Narrate: abi. Pro and abi. Max
- Module 5: Align: abi. Pro and abi. Max
- Module 6: Land & Expand: abi. Pro and abi. Max
Certification tiers
Certifications are performance-based, not just completion-based, and are earned in sequence:
- Tier 1: Practitioner: complete all 6 modules and pass every quiz at 80%+
- Tier 2: Certified Seller: Tier 1, plus the best outcome in all 6 interactive scenarios, plus an 85%+ average quiz score
- Tier 3: Sales Leader: Tier 2, plus 3 completed Deal Audits against real pipeline, plus a 90%+ average quiz score
Use the Deal Audit tool inside the Academy to run a real, live deal through every SIGNAL gate and get a pipeline health score: the same analysis abi. Pro and abi. Max perform automatically.
abi. Pro and abi. Max
abi. Pro (£149/month) and abi. Max (£497/month) are the same platform. Everything on this page, and every product and connector in the app, is in both. Two things differ: credits for AI work (1,000 a month on Pro, 5,000 on Max) and seats for SIGNAL and the team (10 people on Pro, everyone on Max).
Setup checklist
- Connect your CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive (Settings → Integrations)
- Connect Stripe and Google Analytics 4 (Settings → Integrations)
- Define your ICP (Settings → ICP Definition)
- Invite your team (Settings → Team)
- Wait for your first Monday report
Dashboard overview
The dashboard tab shows your key metrics at a glance:
- KPI cards: Pipeline, ICP Win Rate, MRR, CAC at the top
- GTM Health Score: composite score with dimension breakdown
- Opportunity cards: AI-flagged insights from your latest report
- Trend chart: 12-week history of your key metric
abi. Intelligence: the Overview
Overview is the front door of the abi. Intelligence section and is open on every plan. It shows your business as four stages in the order a customer moves through it, each read from the tool you have connected for it:
- Attract: sessions and leads, from Google Analytics
- Qualify: open pipeline, deal count and ICP deals, from your CRM
- Win: ICP win rate, days to close and stale deals, from your CRM
- Keep: MRR, ARR and churn, from Stripe
A stage with nothing connected says so and links to Settings. A stage whose tool is connected but has not reported yet says that instead; the first numbers arrive on the next Monday run. Each stage opens Pipeline, Revenue or Marketing for the detail.
Weekly reports
Every Monday at 07:00 BST, abi. runs a full analysis cycle:
- Pulls fresh data from your CRM, Stripe and GA4
- Calculates all metrics and compares to prior week
- Sends aggregated data to Claude for analysis
- Generates Health Score, delta report, and opportunity cards
- Emails the report summary to your registered email
What is in both plans
- abi. Clone, Capture, Studio, Governance, Polaris and Outgrown
- abi. Launch: one plan a month on Pro, three on Max
- Every connector: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Stripe, GA4, Mailchimp and the PSAs
- Deal scoring against SIGNAL, BANT, MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, SPICED and SCOTSMAN
- The weekly AI report and the live dashboard
- SIGNAL Academy and certification, and the Team page
Revenue, scoring and team
Stripe revenue, Google Analytics 4, AI deal scoring and the Team page, in abi. Pro and abi. Max alike. Together they put your pipeline, revenue and marketing on one timeline.
Setting up Stripe
abi. reads Stripe with a restricted key that can only read. In Stripe, go to Developers → API keys, click Create restricted key, name it abi. read-only, set Customers, Subscriptions and Invoices to Read and everything else to None. Then in abi., Settings → Integrations → Connect Stripe, paste the key (it starts rk_live_) and click Test & Connect.
Setting up GA4
You add abi. to your GA4 property as a Viewer, and abi. reads it from then on. Go to Settings → Integrations → Connect GA4: it shows the address to add (in GA4, Admin, Property access management) and asks for your Property ID.
- Viewer is read-only: abi. cannot change anything in GA4
- abi. reads sessions, channels, new users and conversions
- Remove the access in GA4 at any time and the connection stops
AI deal scoring
Every open deal in your connected CRM receives two scores, updated weekly:
- ICP Fit Score (0–100): how well the deal's company matches your ICP definition
- Close Probability (%): AI estimate based on deal stage, age, activity, and ICP fit
Deals with high ICP fit but low close probability are flagged as high-priority follow-up targets in your weekly report.
Managing team seats
Go to Settings → Team to invite team members. abi. Pro covers 10 people and abi. Max everyone; people you invite only to be interviewed (contributors) never take a seat. Role options:
- Learner: Academy access only
- Manager: Dashboard view + team progress
- Admin: Full access including settings
abi. Clone Guide
abi. Clone builds a working model of how your organisation actually runs: every department, role and system, and the processes running between them. It is free to build by hand and it stays yours. Everything else in the platform reads from it.
The four ways things get onto the map
You can use one or all four. Each stamps where it came from, so every node on the map can be traced back to a source.
- By hand. Add a department, role, system, process, external party or AI agent yourself. Free, unlimited, no AI involved
- Interviews. Send someone a private link to a conversation with the intake agent, by text or by voice. It follows the workarounds rather than a questionnaire
- Documents. Upload SOPs, playbooks and checklists. Uploading is free; reading one into the map is a model call, so it is part of Pro and Max
- abi. Capture. An extension that records which systems somebody moves between while they work. See the Capture guide
Map, List, Intake and Docs
- Map is the 3D model. Layers show and hide people, processes, systems and external parties; filters highlight without hiding. Names can be switched off entirely
- Search, at the top of the map (or press /): type a person, process or system and the map isolates it with everything it connects to, as Present does. Escape clears it
- Ask abi.: open abi. at the top of the page and type a question about the map, such as who signs off invoices. She answers from the map alone and says what it does not hold yet. A question uses 5 credits
- List is the same data as a table, with the same curation actions, for when you want to work through it rather than look at it
- Intake is where interviews, documents and capture codes live, plus the Evidence list showing what each source actually contributed
- Docs is the Operations Manual abi. writes from the map. See below
Documentation: the Operations Manual
On the Docs view, abi. writes the business down from its map: every process step by step, who does each step and in which system, how long it takes and what comes back; a page per role, which is the handover pack when someone moves on; the systems and AI agents; and a business continuity section naming the work only one person has described and the systems most of the work runs on. Whatever the map does not hold yet is listed at the end as what to go and get.
- Every fact and figure is counted from the map. abi. writes only the paragraphs, from the same facts, and never sees anyone's name
- Each version is kept. When the map changes, the Docs view says so and offers a new version
- Download it as a PDF, a Word file or Markdown. Untick People's names for a copy that leaves the business, such as one for a buyer's adviser or an auditor: names become role titles, everywhere
- Writing a version costs 25 credits and abi. asks first. If she cannot reach the writer, she writes the paragraphs plainly and nothing is charged. Part of abi. Pro and abi. Max
- Tick Keep it up to date monthly and abi. writes a new version on her own each month the map has changed, at the same price. A month in which nothing changed costs nothing
- Put a copy in Google Drive connects a Drive to the map: abi. makes one folder there and puts every new version in it as a Google Doc, so the manual belongs to the business even without the app. She can see only that folder and the documents she made
- On a client's map, the manual carries your export brand (logo, colour, name and footer, set once in Settings)
- Not sure what you will get? On a map with no manual yet, See an example opens the one abi. wrote for the sample map
Confirm, flag, broken
Anything the AI inferred is marked as inferred until a person says otherwise. Every node can be confirmed, flagged for a second look, or marked broken.
- Unaccounted software is the filter worth running first: systems somebody mentioned that are not in your official inventory
- A flagged node stays on the map. Flagging records a disagreement rather than deleting a fact
- Where two sources disagree, both are kept and the conflict is shown
Your own map, client maps and proposals
A free consultant account gets its own business map plus five client maps, as lifetime slots.
- A slot is spent when a map is created, permanently. Archiving or deleting a client map does not free one, so there is no need to tidy up
- Your own business map does not count against the five
- A proposal map is built from assumptions rather than interviews, and says so on every screen: every node is a question to confirm in discovery
- Once a client map holds real work its identity is locked, so a map cannot quietly become a different client's
Sharing what you have built
- Present hides the chrome and orbits the map, department by department
- A share link gives a read-only view. Names can be hidden on it, which is the usual choice for a client's own map
- Proposal turns ranked quick wins into a priced case for change, each line traceable to who said it
This guide is also a public page, with no login, that you can send to a client or a colleague: app.ouridea.ai/docs/clone.html
abi. Capture Guide
abi. Capture is a browser extension that records which systems somebody moves between while they work, and how long each step takes, so a process lands on your Clone without anybody having to describe it from memory. It is the third way into the map, after asking a person and reading a document.
What it records, and what it does not
- It records which systems are opened, the order they are opened in, and how long is spent in each
- It does not record what is on the page: no screen contents, no keystrokes, no text, no files
- It records nothing at all while capturing is off. There is no background mode
Capture codes
The extension holds a capture code rather than somebody's login, which is what makes it possible to withdraw.
- A code is scoped to one map. It cannot reach another client's map or the rest of the account
- A code expires, and can be revoked at any time. Revoking stops it immediately
- Create one in the Clone, under Intake → Capture, labelled for whoever or whatever it is for
- Find and revoke one in Settings → Security → abi. Capture codes. Codes are shown masked, because the list is there to switch them off rather than to hand them out
- A lost laptop costs one revoke on one map, not a password rotation
Telling people, which is not optional
Observing how a colleague works is a matter for them, not only for you.
- Tell the person before the code is installed, and tell them what is and is not recorded
- Where you are the employer, worker notification duties may apply. Governance flags this against any agent that acts on or about your own staff
- Captured sessions appear in the Clone's Evidence list, attributed to the code that produced them, so there is a record of what was observed and when
Availability
The extension is not published to the Chrome Web Store yet, so the Capture card in Intake will not offer an install button until it is. Codes can be created now and will work the moment the extension is available.
This guide is also a public page, with no login, that you can send to a client or a colleague: app.ouridea.ai/docs/capture.html
abi. Studio Guide
The Studio takes a process off your Clone and turns it into an automation you can actually run, in four stages: review what could change, realign it, design it, then build it. Included in abi. Pro and abi. Max and metered in credits.
The four stages
- 1. Review. abi. reads a process from your map and proposes optimisations, each with what it would save and how confident it is. You accept or reject each one. This is the metered step, at 25 credits a run
- 2. Realign. The accepted changes are applied to a target version of the process, so you can see the intended shape against today's
- 3. Design. Today above, the design below, on the same columns, drawn with the same nodes as your Clone. A step that goes leaves a gap; abi. appears where it does the work. Constrained so it can only produce something buildable
- 4. Build. Export to n8n or Make, with a guide for wiring it up in your own account
What the Studio does not do
This matters more than anything else in this guide.
- It designs and exports. It does not run your automation and it does not monitor it. Every export is stamped as not monitored by abi.
- Every export carries a rollback step, because an automation nobody can undo is a liability rather than a saving
- An exported agent appears on the Clone as a ghost until you mark it deployed, so the map never claims something is running that is not
Reverse import
If you already run automations, the Studio reads an n8n or Make workflow and draws it onto the Clone. That turns the map from a model of the manual work into a model of everything, including what is already automated.
Target chains going stale
A target chain is promoted to observed once it matches what is really happening. If the underlying map then changes, the chain is marked stale rather than quietly left looking current.
Governance is not optional here
Every workflow you export is registered on abi. Governance as an agent, with no owner and no controls until you give it some. That is deliberate: the register should know about an agent from the moment it exists, not from the moment somebody remembers to add it.
This guide is also a public page, with no login, that you can send to a client or a colleague: app.ouridea.ai/docs/agent-studio.html
abi. Governance Guide Beta
Governance is the register of every AI agent running in a business, what it is allowed to do, who is answerable for it and when it was last reviewed. It lives inside the Clone, alongside the map that shows where those agents sit. Pro and Max.
Registering an agent
Open Governance from the Clone. Agents already drawn on your map appear under On the map, not yet governed, and Register carries the agent across so the record is attached to that agent rather than to its name.
- What it does, in one sentence
- Four axes, each 0 to 3: how autonomous it is, what data it touches, the impact if it is wrong, and how reversible that is. These produce the risk tier
- Four flags: does it act on your own staff, deal with customers or the public, publish content outside the company, or read faces, voices or other biometric data
- A named owner, a person and not a team, their role, a human escalation path, and how it is switched off
EU AI Act screening
Each agent is screened into one of five outcomes. The screening is yours to make; the register records it and what follows from it.
- Minimal risk. Most internal agents
- Transparency duty (Art. 50). Chatbots and AI-generated content. People it deals with have to be told it is AI
- High-risk (Annex III). Employment, credit, education, essential services. The heaviest control set applies
- Prohibited practice (Art. 5). Recorded against the specific limb. Always blocked, and it cannot be overridden
- Not yet screened. The honest default for anything new
How clearing an agent works
- Setting the status to confirmed runs the engine, not a rubber stamp. A high-impact agent with no named owner or no escalation path is bounced back to needs input
- Each risk tier carries a list of required controls, from a named owner and a kill switch up to a DPIA and worker notification. You tick off the ones you have evidence for, and the register shows how many of how many
- The ring around an agent on the map shows its state at a glance: green cleared, amber needs input, red blocked, faint means not registered
Review dates that chase themselves
A review cadence is set from the risk tier and the next date is stored. That date is compared to today, in three places: the Polaris card, the Governance panel row and the public register. An overdue review is raised as a Monday ask, ranked above a stale deal, because a lapsed control record is a commitment already broken.
Policy Studio
Policies let you set a house standard across agents, and they are deliberately tighten-only: a policy can add a required control or raise a tier, never remove or lower one. Simulate a policy against your live register before publishing it, so you can see exactly which agents it would move and which would fail.
The register you can hand to somebody
Export the whole register as a printable page or PDF: every agent, its purpose, its Act class, tier, status, owner, escalation path, controls evidenced, the date its obligations apply from, log retention and its next review. This is the artefact a client or an auditor asks for.
abi. Polaris Guide
Polaris is the owner's view: one screen that answers the five questions somebody running the business actually asks, from everything the platform already knows. It observes and reports. It never acts.
The five questions
- What is worth doing? Open opportunities across your maps, priced where a value could be put on them
- What could run without me? Hours a month designed in the Studio and not yet switched on, and separately the hours already running
- What AI am I running? Agents on the map, how many carry a control record, how many have nobody's name on them, and how many reviews have lapsed
- What is my pipeline doing? Value, deal count, win rate, MRR, churn and stale deals, against last week
- What is the plan? Proposed changes, how many have been adopted, and where they came from
Both halves of the automation ledger
Polaris reports designed hours and live hours as two separate numbers, because they answer different questions. Designed is the opportunity; live is the proof. A process that gets switched on moves from one to the other rather than disappearing.
The Monday asks
Underneath the cards, Polaris lists what is worth doing something about this week, in a fixed order of seriousness rather than by size: an overdue agent review comes before an ungoverned agent, which comes before a stale deal. Each ask links to the screen where the work happens.
Where the numbers come from
- Opportunities and plan items come from your Clone maps
- Designed and live hours come from the Studio
- Agents, owners and review dates come from Governance
- Pipeline comes from your connected CRM and Stripe. With nothing connected, that card says so rather than showing zero
Polaris invents nothing. If a number reads zero, either the work has not been done or the tool it comes from is not connected, and the card will tell you which.
This guide is also a public page, with no login, that you can send to a client or a colleague: app.ouridea.ai/docs/polaris.html

Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 September 2026 · Effective date: 4 September 2026 · Governing law: England and Wales
1. Who we are
OurIdea.ai is the trading name of Adam Salley, a sole trader established in the United Kingdom ("OurIdea", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all OurIdea.ai products and services, including abi. Clone, abi. Launch, SIGNAL, abi. Pro, and abi. Max (collectively the "Services").
By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to these Terms. If you're accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
2. Services and plans
OurIdea.ai offers the following products:
- abi. Clone: A map of how your business actually works, built from interviews, documents you upload and sessions you record. Free to build and keep, with no time limit. The AI interviewer, document extraction and other AI features are metered (see Credits below); adding, editing and viewing your map are not.
- abi. Capture: An optional browser extension that records which systems you move between while you work, and for how long, so a process can be mapped from what actually happened rather than from memory. It is started and stopped by the person using it, using a code they enter themselves. It records the system, the page title, timings and any notes that person types. It does not record keystrokes, screenshots, page contents, or anything from a session nobody started. If you ask a colleague to run it, informing them and establishing your own lawful basis for doing so is your responsibility as their employer, not ours.
- abi. Studio: Included with abi. Pro and abi. Max and metered in credits. It proposes automations for a process on your map and can export one as a workflow file for n8n or Make. Anything you export runs in your systems, under your control, and is not monitored by us; you are responsible for reviewing it before you switch it on.
- abi. Polaris: Included with abi. Pro and abi. Max. A read-only summary of figures counted from your own data. It uses no credits, runs no AI, and changes nothing.
- abi. Launch: Included with abi. Pro (one plan a month) and abi. Max (three a month), it generates AI-produced go-to-market plans for a new service or a new company or product. It replaced abi. Launchpad and FirstFlight on 22 October 2026 and is not sold on its own; anyone who bought either keeps it, accessible in-app with a PDF download. No ongoing subscription.
- SIGNAL: The SIGNAL Academy and methodology content, included with abi. Pro (up to 10 people) and abi. Max (everyone). It is no longer sold on its own; existing annual SIGNAL subscriptions continue to the end of their term.
- abi. Pro: A monthly subscription (£149/month) providing the whole platform: the Clone, the Studio, abi. Governance (in beta: a structured self-assessment tool for AI agents; see section 4), Polaris, Outgrown, every connector (HubSpot, Stripe, GA4, Salesforce, Mailchimp, the PSAs), AI deal scoring and the weekly AI reports, with 1,000 credits a month and SIGNAL Academy for up to 10 people.
- abi. Max: A monthly subscription (£497/month) providing the same platform as abi. Pro, with 5,000 credits a month and SIGNAL Academy and team seats for everyone. Pro and Max customers may register interest in the EU data region described in section 4, which is in preparation.
- The Cube: A one-time purchase (from £10) placing your logo on a tile of the abi. OS cube. Cosmetic only; it grants no product access and no rights over the Services.
- Credits: Pro and Max include a monthly allowance of AI usage. Use beyond the allowance is billed in credits at the rates shown in your account; credits are consumed as you use AI features and are non-refundable once used. Where an allowance is exhausted the feature refuses rather than billing you for overage.
Features and pricing may change. We'll provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes that affect your existing subscription.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to circumvent security measures, authentication, or access controls
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Services
- Share your account credentials with others (team seats require additional seat licences)
- Use the Services to generate content that is harmful, misleading, or used to manipulate or defraud others
- Attempt to access data belonging to other users
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions without refund.
4. Your data and privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key commitments:
- Your integration data (CRM, Stripe, GA4) is used solely to generate your reports and insights: it is not sold, shared, or used for any other purpose
- Only aggregated metrics (not individual records) are sent to the AI models used to generate your reports
- Where your data is stored. By default your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted in AWS eu-west-2 (London, United Kingdom), with row-level security so only your authenticated account can access it. An EU region (Frankfurt) is in preparation and is not available yet: abi. Pro and abi. Max customers may register interest and we will agree a date in writing. Your current region is shown in Settings → Billing, and no account has EU residency until we confirm a completed move by email
- AI processing. AI features are processed by Anthropic (United States) under Anthropic's data processing terms, kept only for the limited period its API terms allow, and are not used to train models. The UK benefits from a European Commission adequacy decision, so EU customers' data held in the UK needs no additional transfer safeguards
- abi. Governance (beta). Governance helps you record an owner, a risk tier, required controls and an EU AI Act screening for AI agents you design. It is a structured self-assessment based on Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 as amended. It is not legal advice, it does not certify compliance, and a status of "confirmed" or "cleared" means only that the named-owner and escalation checks passed and no prohibited practice was declared. Responsibility for compliance with the AI Act and data protection law remains yours
- Data Processing Agreement. Where you are a business customer and we process personal data on your behalf, our Data Processing Agreement applies and a signed copy is available to Pro and Max customers on request to adam@ouridea.ai. Our current sub-processors are listed on the Security & Sub-processors page
- Integration credentials (API keys, OAuth tokens) are stored encrypted and are not readable by OurIdea.ai staff
- You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing adam@ouridea.ai
5. Payment and billing
All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable. VAT will be added at checkout for UK customers.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card details.
- Monthly subscriptions (abi. Pro, abi. Max) are billed on the same date each month.
- Annual subscriptions (SIGNAL) are billed annually on the renewal date.
- Failed payments result in a grace period of 7 days before access is suspended.
- abi. Launch is a one-time charge with no recurring billing.
6. Cancellation and refunds
- Monthly subscriptions (abi. Pro / abi. Max): Cancel any time via Settings → Billing. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.
- Annual subscriptions (SIGNAL): Cancel any time. Access continues until the end of the annual period. No partial refunds, except where required by law.
- abi. Launch: Due to immediate digital delivery, abi. Launch purchases are non-refundable once the report has been generated and delivered. If the report was not delivered due to a technical error on our end, contact us within 7 days for a full refund or re-generation.
- Faulty or missing service: nothing here affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if a Service is faulty, materially incomplete, or not as described, we'll fix it, re-perform it, or refund you as appropriate.
Full details: Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Intellectual property
- The Services, SIGNAL methodology, and all platform content are owned by us and protected by applicable IP law.
- The AI-generated reports produced from your data (abi. Launch, weekly abi. reports) are licensed to you for business use. You may share them internally and with clients.
- You retain ownership of the data you provide (CRM data, company information). You grant us a limited licence to process that data to provide the Services.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-licence access to the Services or their outputs without written permission.
8. Confidentiality
In the course of using the Services, both you and OurIdea may share information that is not public. This section sets out how that information is protected: it applies regardless of which Service (abi. Clone, abi. Launch, SIGNAL, abi. Pro, or abi. Max) you use.
8.1 Our confidential information. The Services, the SIGNAL methodology and Academy content, our prompts, AI workflows, product roadmap, pricing, and any non-public features or materials we share with you (collectively, "OurIdea Confidential Information") are confidential. You agree not to disclose, copy, publish, or share OurIdea Confidential Information with anyone outside your organisation, and not to use it for any purpose other than using the Services, without our prior written consent. This is in addition to the restrictions in section 3 (Acceptable use).
8.2 Your confidential information. Any non-public business information you submit to us, including intake form answers, ICP and strategy data, connected CRM/billing/analytics metrics, and draft reports: ("Your Confidential Information") is treated as confidential. We will only use it to provide and improve the Services for you, and won't disclose it to third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy (e.g. to the sub-processors listed there) or where required by law.
8.3 Standard exclusions. Neither party's confidentiality obligations apply to information that: was already lawfully known to the receiving party without restriction; is or becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party; is received lawfully from a third party without a duty of confidentiality; or is independently developed without reference to the other party's confidential information.
8.4 How long this applies. These confidentiality obligations apply for as long as you have an account with us and continue for 3 years after your account is closed. Information that constitutes a trade secret (such as our source code or underlying methodology) remains protected for as long as it stays a trade secret.
This section doesn't replace, and works alongside, our Privacy Policy and (for abi. Pro/Max customers) our Data Processing Agreement, which govern personal data specifically.
9. Limitation of liability
The Services are provided for informational and strategic assistance purposes. The AI-generated analysis and recommendations are not a substitute for professional business, financial, or legal advice.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Services is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses including lost profits, lost revenue, or business decisions made based on platform data.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service: we aim for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee it.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Before raising a formal dispute, please contact us at adam@ouridea.ai: most issues can be resolved quickly and informally.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
