This is the guide shown inside the app, published unchanged. It is generated from the app's own Help text, so when that changes, this page changes with it. It describes what the product does and, deliberately, what it does not.
Polaris is the owner's view: one screen that answers the five questions somebody running the business actually asks, from everything the platform already knows. It observes and reports. It never acts.
The five questions
- What is worth doing? Open opportunities across your maps, priced where a value could be put on them
- What could run without me? Hours a month designed in the Studio and not yet switched on, and separately the hours already running
- What AI am I running? Agents on the map, how many carry a control record, how many have nobody's name on them, and how many reviews have lapsed
- What is my pipeline doing? Value, deal count, win rate, MRR, churn and stale deals, against last week
- What is the plan? Proposed changes, how many have been adopted, and where they came from
Both halves of the automation ledger
Polaris reports designed hours and live hours as two separate numbers, because they answer different questions. Designed is the opportunity; live is the proof. A process that gets switched on moves from one to the other rather than disappearing.
The Monday asks
Underneath the cards, Polaris lists what is worth doing something about this week, in a fixed order of seriousness rather than by size: an overdue agent review comes before an ungoverned agent, which comes before a stale deal. Each ask links to the screen where the work happens.
Where the numbers come from
- Opportunities and plan items come from your Clone maps
- Designed and live hours come from the Studio
- Agents, owners and review dates come from Governance
- Pipeline comes from your connected CRM and Stripe. With nothing connected, that card says so rather than showing zero
Polaris invents nothing. If a number reads zero, either the work has not been done or the tool it comes from is not connected, and the card will tell you which.
