Invite the people who actually do the work. Each gets a private link to a warm, adaptive interview with the abi. intake agent. It captures their processes, systems, handoffs and the real-world workarounds, then feeds the map. Aim for everyone in a small team, or a representative per team in a larger one.
Work normally for a morning with the abi. Capture extension running, and the systems you use, the order you move between them, and how long each takes land on this map by themselves. It records which systems you open, never what is on the page, and nothing at all while capturing is off.
Upload the documentation that describes how work is supposed to happen — SOPs, playbooks, checklists. Files are stored privately against this audit and are available to download at any time.
Uploading is free. Reading a document into your map costs a model call, so it is part of abi. Pro and Max: press Read into map on any document to run it. PDFs, plain text and Markdown are read, and a PDF keeps its diagrams and org charts rather than being flattened to text. Word and PowerPoint are not read yet, so save those as PDF first.
