The same map as a working list. Sort it, scan it, and mark what is correct or not working. Changes here show on the map instantly.
Invite the people who actually do the work. Each gets a private link to a warm, adaptive interview with the abi. intake agent. It captures their processes, systems, handoffs and the real-world workarounds, then feeds the map. Aim for everyone in a small team, or a representative per team in a larger one.
Work normally for a morning with the abi. Capture extension running, and the systems you use, the order you move between them, and how long each takes land on this map by themselves. It records which systems you open, never what is on the page, and nothing at all while capturing is off.
Upload the documentation that describes how work is supposed to happen: SOPs, playbooks, checklists. Files are stored privately against this audit and are available to download at any time.
Uploading is free. Reading a document into your map costs a model call, so it is part of abi. Pro and abi. Max: press Read into map on any document to run it. PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, images, plain text and Markdown are read. A PDF or an image keeps its diagrams and org charts; a Word, PowerPoint or Excel file is read as text with its tables, so a diagram inside one is not seen (save that as PDF).
Everything your Clone was built from. An unattributed row is not a fault: it means nobody has said whose knowledge it is yet, and you can say so here.
A short, relaxed chat about how your work actually gets done. No prep needed, and there are no wrong answers: the messier the reality, the more useful it is.
